Welcome to my blog site and I hope you enjoy yourself. I am not completely sure how often I will post but I do hope to be fairly regular and my goal is at least two times a week. I am a virtual assistant and the owner of Virtual Ease. I offer administrative duties, bookkeeping and realtor support to a variety of clients from my home office. This career path was decided after our last duty station move from Maryland to Texas. It has been horrible trying to find employment in San Antonio. Companies do not want to pay for quality employees. I find it so interesting that employees today have lost the customer service edge. They don't care if the client is really happy as long as they get a paycheck and get to gossip at the watercooler they are completely satisfied. Unfortunately, that is not what I look for when I go to work on a daily basis. I want to earn my paycheck and I want to be productive. I know, what in the world am I thinking. I hope to get my marketing skills sharpened and start bringing on some new clients and get this business to be a success. I promise not to rant and rave to much. I hope you will come back and feel free to make suggestions.
